Alison L. Yearsley

Portrait of Alison L. Yearsley

Alison began her legal career over thirty years ago, trying cases as a prosecutor for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Territory of Guam, and clerking for the Honorable J. Robin Hunt at the Washington State Court of Appeals. After gaining significant trial and appellate experience, she entered private practice as a civil litigation associate at Lane Powell, a large Seattle law firm.

Alison then paused her legal career to focus on raising her four children. In 2019, she opened her own general litigation practice with a focus on trial work before stepping into a senior in-house counsel role for Blink Interactive Inc., where she advised executive leadership on a broad range of issues including commercial transactions, employment matters, data privacy, and corporate compliance.
